About Fiona
Fiona Kennedy's large canvas oil paintings have been described as ‘Art from the Heart’. Over 20 years, Fiona has developed a unique style and personal language of symbols and metaphors that explore her life experiences and connection to nature. Working predominantly with oil paint on canvas, her reflections on the human condition span across topics including identity, happiness, love, loss and family.
Fiona’s work has gained international and local recognition, with paintings being commissioned and sought after by private collectors around the world. In 2020, she released her first book, LIFE Through the Heart of Fiona Kennedy, which documented her collection of work to date and told the personal stories behind each painting.
Her art gallery & studio is open to the public in Inverloch, on the South Gippsland coast of Victoria, Australia. Here, you’ll find Fiona engrossed in her large scale artworks surrounded by a beautiful bushy, sea air landscape. You’ll be welcomed with a smile and a 'please feel free to wander' and will leave feeling like you have found an old friend.
At the studio you can be inspired by Fiona’s original majestic paintings and browse a range of Limited Edition Prints and gift cards that are for sale, or just soak in the artistic air and witness the magic happen.
